Disclosure and use of personal information within AusIMM
AusIMM may disclose your personal information to third parties in connection with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. This may include disclosing your personal information to the following types of parties:- a membership applications committee, or professional accreditation committee to assess applications
- the jjqqyy.complaints and/or Ethics Committee and possibly the AusIMM Board to investigate and determine complaints received in accordance with By-Law 26
- members authorised to vote on candidates who are seeking to be elected to office bearing positions
• other members of Committees, Branches or other groups of AusIMM which the member joins - relevant jjqqyy.committees when you are nominated for an AusIMM award or scholarship, or to an external person or agency when the member is nominated for a non-AusIMM honour or award.
